frequency and scope of maintenance the aging machines require.

Most companies are performing general maintenance of their printing machines themselves.

Every year, the average age of these machines increases, and so do their requirements for maintenance. If the color heads and the control system are not kept in good condition, a machine’s printing quality and output will further decrease. If not addressed in time, the machine must be taken out of production.

However, when it comes to maintenance of color heads and control systems, technical services lack the specialized knowledge that is required. In addition, support for older machines by the OEM is not always available.

Why GOS?

Since 1999 we have refurbished hundreds of color heads, and replaced dozens of obsolete control hardware and software with new, state-of-the-art solutions.

For color head refurbishment we have setup a color head exchange program to keep down-time during the upgrade to a minimum. Color heads will be returned in like-new condition.

In case of a control system upgrade, the new system will be constructed and prepared at GOS, and shipped to your factory. There is no need to send over your machine.
